How Our Affiliate Program Works

Being an Affiliate is EASY!

Friends/patients/website visitors order through your recommendation or website/email links.
We ship orders directly to the customer.
We’ll provide complete customer service. If your customers and friends have any questions, they can call our toll-free customer service line and our representatives will be there to help.
We’ll provide you with all the resources you’ll need to get started: the Cut & Paste code for your website, a tool for emailing friends/patients with your affiliate link, and full support from our Online Partnership Professional, Scott Heidrich.

Here’s how it works…

Sign up using our online form. You’ll immediately receive an email with a username and password to log in to our Affiliate Center where everything you need to get started is found.
For U.S. residents, you will need to return the W-9 tax form before we activate your account. Non-U.S. residents will be activated within 48 business hours.
Once your W-9 is received and/or your account is activated, you can log in to the Affiliate Center and use all the tools we provide.
Put links on your site, tell your friends, and receive checks when they order.
